Contract Overview and Pay Pay Rate:£21.00 per hour (Umbrella) Weekly Hours: High-volume work (45+ hours per week) Contract Duration: 3 Months Minimum Locations: Deployments across various Scottish Island communities Schedule: Flexible shift patterns across mornings, evenings, and weekends (typically 5-6 days per week) Key Roles and Responsibilities As an Island Care Support Worker, you will deliver person-centered care and daily living assistance to vulnerable individuals-primarily older adults and individuals with complex care needs-within their own homes or local community settings: Personal Care: Provide dignified, respectful support with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, washing, and mobility support.
