Care Supervisor / Deputy Manager

We''re recruiting on behalf of an independent Supported Living provider in Gloucester for a newly created role supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of a small, person-centred service.Supporting a small number of adults with complex learning disabilities across four homes, this organisation offers the opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where personality, teamwork and a genuine passion for care are just as important as experience.Although this is primarily an office-based role working Monday to Friday, flexibility is essential.
