Care Supervisor Field Based Hillingdon and Uxbridge Plus Surrounding Areas Full time: 40 hours per week Working pattern: Scheduled over 5 days from 7, with some weekend work required as part of the rota. Shifts: 7am 3pm and 2pm 10pm combination Location: Hillingdon, Uxbridge and surrounding areas Travel: Driver with own car required Rate plus mileage: £29k per annum plus mileage Right to work in the UK required as unable to offer sponsorship Blue light discount card Take the next step in your career. Comfort Care Services is seeking a proactive and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care across Hillingdon and Uxbridge. This field-based role offers the opportunity to guide care teams, support service users and help maintain excellent standards of care and compliance. What you ll be doing Supporting and supervising Care Workers in the community. Conducting spot checks, observations, supervisions and quality audits. Completing care assessments, reviews and reassessments. Monitoring care delivery and ensuring services are provided in line with individual support plans. Supporting medication audits, documentation and accurate record keeping. Helping to maintain staff rotas and effective handovers.
