What the role entails:To lead and mentor staff teams within residential services for adults with profound learning disability and complex needs. Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to promote professional development.Conduct regular supervisions and 1-1s and work with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of highest quality of care and support. Conduct regular assessments and work towards individual support plans.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult care services.Monitor and maintain accurate documentation, including care records, incident reports, and staff rotas.Promote a positive and respectful environment that encourages dignity, independence, and choice for clients.Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance ..... full job details .....
