Care Services Manager (Regulated Manager)

Our Regulated Activities and Contract Scope The Care Services Manager will have responsibility across our regulated and associated services, which currently include: • Domiciliary care (personal care in people''s homes) • Short Breaks and Emergency Respite (including sleep-in provision) • Dementia Wraparound Support • Day Break Day Services (currently unregulated) We hold contracts and funding arrangements across several commissioners and funders. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that care and support is delivered in accordance with all relevant contractual and funding requirements. The Role The Care Services Manager will hold personal CQC accountability for the quality, safety, and compliance of our regulated services. While this is fundamentally a strategic leadership and governance role, our regulated services are currently at an important stage of development.
