A unique opportunity exists for an experienced senior care assistant or team leader ready to step up into a management role with a rapidly expanding care organisation supporting older people in the community.- You should have reasonable exposure to working within the care sector and have the ambition and ability to take on management responsibilities.- You should understand CQC requirements as well as appreciate how quality care standards should be achieved and maintained.- You will be working for the leading care provider in the local area and will benefit from full training and support to develop your skills.- You will need to have excellent computer skills and be able to work in a professional, yet fast paced office environment. A company car is also potentially on offer for the right candidate.- You should be willing to continue with your professional development and work towards achieving your Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care.
