As a
Care Office Administrator , you’ll be expected to work confidentially and autonomously, reporting to the Deputy Care Manager and supporting wider teams. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to quickly build relationships with personnel across the organisation. This is a varied role in which you will need to multi-task, have excellent planning and time management skills, be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another in what is a busy environment.Responsibilities
Office Management
– overseeing daily operations, maintaining supplies and managing equipmentRecord Keeping
– maintaining physical and digital records and managing databasesCommunication
– handling phone calls, emails and postScheduling and Coordination
– managing schedules and coordinating meetings and appointmentsData Entry
– entering accurate data into various systemsSupport
– assisting with administrative tasks, preparing documents and photocopyingDepartmental Support
– assist with administrative support when requested by other departmentsRequirements
Qualification in Business Administration Level 3 or equivalentPrevious experience working in an office environmentExperience of working in the care sector, or an understanding of the care sectorOrganised with excellent attention to detailProficient in using office IT, software and databasesStrong communication skillsBe a confident speaker with a good telephone mannerUnderstanding of confidentiality and GDPRBe punctual with a caring and compassionate outlookThe
