Part-Time Care NavigatorGloucester 18-25 hours per week, 12.71 per hour Temporary position with potential to become permanentOur client, a busy GP practice in Gloucester, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Care Navigator to join their friendly team. Supporting a patient base of approximately 5,000 patients, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive an excellent service while helping the practice run efficiently.Working within a team of around five Care Navigators, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The available shifts are: Monday to Friday.8:30am - 1:00pm2:00pm - 6:30pmPlease note that these hours are fixed and cannot be altered. Additional hours may occasionally be required to cover holidays or sickness and will always be agreed in advance.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerManaging patient flow and responding to enquiries efficientlyBooking, amending and cancelling appointments using the practice management systemMaintaining accurate patient records for both new and existing patientsHandling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and lettersProcessing confidential patient information in line with GDPR and NHS guidelinesProviding administrative support to clinicians and practice staffEnsuring the reception area remains clean, organised and welcomingAbout YouWe are looking for a ..... full job details .....
