CARE MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to work in the adults domiciliary sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and more complex care as well as some less complex children''s packages Competitive salaries ranging from £33,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE (if you are looking for in excess of this please still apply as they could offer more for the right person) Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands The Role: As a Care Manager your role will include: Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations Ensuring strict compliance with CQC Managing staff and resources effectively Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers Following of policies and procedures Clinical reviews Oversee the rotas The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Care Manager should have: Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 or 5 highly desirable or be working towards it Excellent communication and leadership skills Have a strong character and be a good communicator Be a reflective leader Want to develop their own ..... full job details .....
