Care Manager / Senior Support Worker

To lead a team of six supporting an intelligent middle-aged male with a great sense of humour and positive attitude who has an acquired brain injury. He has limited short term memory and issues with some cognitive functions. He participates in many activities including sailing, flying, hiking, tennis, canoeing, arts and crafts, and golf but needs to be supported 24/7 to keep him safe.
