You will also be added to the DBS updating service which will be renewed every 3 years.As the Registered Care and Support Manager is pivotal to the success of our scheme in Harrow where we support 39 customers in an extra Care Service. Each customer has unique support needs and individual care requirements. The focus is on them maintaining independent living and achieving social inclusion.You will be responsible for day to day running of the support service we provide. Providing an excellent level of customer service and ensuring that all regulatory and contractual commitments are met. We expect the manager to lead by example and develop a team to deliver the service to its highest standard.What you ll need to succeedTo be successful in the role previous experience of working with vulnerable adults to live independently is essential.
