This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards of person-centred care and building a positive, motivated team culture. The RoleAs Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of care delivery within the home. Key responsibilities include: Leading, supervising and supporting senior carers, team leaders and care staffPromoting a positive environment that upholds dignity, independence and choiceEnsuring care is delivered in line with individual needs and care plansActing as a visible, hands-on leader, stepping into care delivery where neededConducting team meetings, supervisions and appraisalsMonitoring performance and implementing support or improvement plansOverseeing care documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceSupporting safe medication processes and staff competencyAssisting with rota planning to ensure fair and effective staffing coverageWorking collaboratively with catering, housekeeping and other departmentsManaging concerns or complaints sensitively and professionallyPreparing reports for senior managementParticipating in the on-call rota and supporting the team during emergencies About YouWe are looking for ..... full job details .....
