This role offers a rewarding and varied opportunity to work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies, ensuring the highest standard of support while safeguarding their wellbeing and interests. Day-to-day of the role:  Meet with and advise clients and their families regarding care options, welfare issues, benefits entitlement, and residential care matters.
