The Role We are looking for an organised, motivated, and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our CQC-regulated domiciliary care service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service. Maintain and promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation. Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care. Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, reviewed, and tailored to individual needs. Recruit, supervise, and support care staff. Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and client feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals. Support business growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
