Are you an experienced Care Home Manager with the leadership skills, energy and passion to build high-performing teams and deliver outstanding care?

Comfort Care Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Care Home Service Manager to lead one of our services in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who can drive quality, develop teams and ensure exceptional outcomes for the individuals we support.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and performance while creating a positive and supportive culture where both staff and residents can thrive.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you will provide visible leadership across the service, coaching and developing your team to achieve excellent standards of care and compliance. You will be responsible for operational performance, staffing, safeguarding, quality assurance and maintaining full readiness for CQC inspections. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in improving service quality, developing future leaders and ensuring the home consistently delivers person-centred support.

About You

You will be an experienced manager from a health and social care background with a proven ability to lead teams, manage performance and drive positive change. A background supporting people with learning disabilities would be highly desirable, although applications are also welcomed from managers with experience in domiciliary care, residential care or mental health services. You will have strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards, with the confidence to lead audits, implement improvements and maintain compliance. Most importantly, you will be a motivational leader who can inspire, coach and support teams to achieve their full potential.

What We Are Looking For

You are a natural leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You have experience managing services within the health and social care sector and understand how to balance quality care with commercial and operational performance. You are organised, proactive and passionate about providing outstanding support to vulnerable adults.

Working Hours

The role is generally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the service.
