The Role

As Care Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the service operates effectively, meets CQC standards and consistently delivers exceptional levels of care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care service.

• Ensuring excellent standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.

• Leading, supporting and developing a dedicated team of care professionals.

• Identifying opportunities for service growth and new business development.

• Building strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, clients and families.

• Monitoring service performance, staffing, budgets and care quality.

• Promoting a positive, person-centred culture focused on continuous improvement.

About You

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Proven experience in care management, ideally within domiciliary care or homecare services.

• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership and Management, or a willingness to work towards it.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Experience managing care teams and delivering high-quality services.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to support business growth.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
