We are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking Care Locality Manager to join CareTech''s Adult Services Division, overseeing a portfolio of Residential and Supported Living Services that support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across Manchester and Yorkshire. Reporting to the Performance Director, this role provides operational and commercial leadership across a defined geographical area. You will lead, support, and develop a team of Service Managers to ensure high-quality, person-centred care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient service delivery within agreed budgets.
