As corporate parents, we want our young people to grow into confident adults and support them in making the transition into adulthood and independent living; we know that success will look different for everyone. Working with young people aged 16-25 in their transition to adulthood and independent living, you will have considerable experience of working with young people, and of liaison with other agencies in putting together support plans. You will demonstrate the ability to build relationships with young people, face difficult issues and deal with them sensitively, and to be a team player.
