JOB DESCRIPTION: 
A permanent Care Leader post has become available in a reputable care home in Thornbury that specialises in elderly care.

• £14.58 per hour weekdays
• £15.82 per hour weekends
• Ideally hold NVQ3
• 36-48 hours per week
• CQC rating: Good
• Residential and dementia care to the elderly
• Start ASAP

The successful Team Leader candidate will be required to lead a small team of care staff and ensure that the highest quality care is being provided to the home’s residents. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential. 
 

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• You must hold NVQ2 as a minimum, ideally NVQ3 or working towards

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in leading a team beneficial
• Passion for elderly / dementia care
