Care Home Manager - Residential Norwich Area 55,000 per Annum + Excellent PRPLocation: Eye, SuffolkJob Type: Permanent Full-time PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a residential care home in Eye, Suffolk.Role:As Registered Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the home. This includes ensuring full CQC compliance, maintaining high standards of care, and achieving commercial targets such as occupancy and budget control.You''ll lead a strong internal team including a Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, and an Administrator, supported externally by central operations and quality teams.
