Job Title: Care Home Manager (Registered Nurse Preferred)Location: Cromer, NorfolkReports To: Operations Director Salary: 70,000 to 75,000Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager, ideally an NMC Registered Nurse, to lead the daily operations of a high-quality nursing home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards and driving commercial performance.This role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and business acumen, with a proven track record of managing a successful residential service, ideally with a care home/nursing home setting. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and ManagementProvide strong, visible leadership to the care team.Oversee all aspects of the home''s operations, including staffing, budgets, compliance, and quality assurance.Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and excellence in care.Support staff development, supervision, and performance management.Regulatory ComplianceMaintain full compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation.Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks.Work proactively towards achieving and maintaining a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating.Ensure all policies, procedures, and documentation meet regulatory requirements.Clinical Governance (if NMC Registered)Provide clinical oversight and ensure safe nursing practice.Monitor care planning, risk ..... full job details .....
