About the Role
Are you a passionate and driven care home manager looking to make a real difference?
We’re seeking an experienced leader who can combine a strong commitment to exceptional care with the commercial acumen needed to manage occupancy, finances, and resources effectively.

As a Home Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care.
Create a positive culture where development, recognition, and excellence are encouraged.
Use your business and sales skills to increase occupancy and maintain financial sustainability.
Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

This role offers full autonomy to manage resources and shape the future of the home, while ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Be an experienced care home manager with (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Previous experience managing a large care home would be advantageous.
Bring strong leadership skills, empowering your team to always perform at their best.
Have relevant business qualifications and/or commercial experience.
Come from either a clinical or non-clinical background, with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of care.
