Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring safe, person-centred care. Drive continuous improvement and maintain Care Inspectorate standards. Manage staff, rotas, recruitment, training and performance. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance and health and safety. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
