• You lead through visibility, consistency and genuine relationships
• You know how to raise standards without disrupting what already works
• You've successfully led a service to a Good CQC rating
• You want genuine responsibility, with Governance and Quality Assurance support there when you need it

What you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining strong standards through hands-on, visible leadership
• Supporting and developing an established, capable team
• Taking ownership of quality, compliance and safeguarding
• Managing occupancy, budgets and the home's financial performance
• Leading the service through refurbishment with minimal disruption for residents and colleagues

What you'll need:

• Experience managing a residential service of a similar size and client group
• A proven record of achieving Good outcomes with the CQC
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness, including budget and occupancy management
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it

£65,000–£70,000, with the autonomy to lead an established home and the support to keep it thriving.
