Educare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to take responsibility for an established 8-bed residential mental health service in the St Austell area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to take genuine ownership of a smaller, person-centred service and make a real difference to the people living there. The position is available for an ASAP start. The Role As the Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care and support. You will lead and develop the staff team, maintain excellent standards of care and work closely with residents, families, professionals and the wider organisation.
