Role: Care Home Manager Location: Thetford, NorfolkHours: Full TimeSalary: 45,000 - 60,000 per annum DOE We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 31-bed Dementia and Mental Health service in Thetford. What will you be doing?Providing overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home.Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with Dementia and Mental Health needs.Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated staff team.Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and operational performance.Building positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent standards across the service.Creating a positive culture that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.Experience/Qualifications RequiredPrevious experience as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential care setting.Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.Experience supporting individuals ..... full job details .....
