Care Home Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover) Quality, Systems and Risk Manager Location: Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 3BE Salary: £41,944 FTE (rising to approx. £44,000 in April 2026, subject to pay award) Contract: Full time, Permanent Maternity Cover Deputy Manager responsibilities until July 2026 Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours or Part-time 30 hours Thorngate Churcher Trust is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Quality, Systems and Risk Manager, who will also take on the responsibilities of Deputy Manager during a period of maternity cover (until July 2026). This is a key role within our respected 44-bed care home, us Churcher Court, supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and ensure full compliance with CQC standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager, or a senior care professional ready to take the next step into a leadership and quality-focused role.
