Your rate of pay and hours of work Candidates selected for these roles will receive an hourly rate of 15.00 to 16.00, plus accrued holiday pay. Responsibilities in your new role as Care Home Chef As a Care Home Chef, you will play a key role in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to specific dietary needs, while ensuring a continuous supply of healthy snacks and beverages throughout the day. You will also manage kitchen inventory, oversee stock replenishment, and work closely with the team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Your experience, qualifications and personality To thrive in this role, you should bring substantial experience as a Chef or Cook in a comparable care or educational environment. A strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to excel under pressure are crucial for success.
