We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Activities Lead to join our team at our Willows Care Home in Milton Keynes, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. By joining us you will become one of the ''family'' and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:£13.45 - £14.15per hour depending on experience and qualificationsHours are 35 per week. 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.About the role:As the Care Home Activities Lead, you will be required to create and organise meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle programme throughout the home to enrich the lives of people living in the care homeTo do this you will need to include the teams, family members and the people living in our home to establish an understanding of the activities and lifestyle changes that would benefit them individually or as a groupThis could include activities within the home or creating partnerships with local community organisations, schools, colleges, churches and much morePlanning days out is also encouraged, therefore a good knowledge of surrounding areas and external organisations is desirableThis role aims to offer ..... full job details .....
