Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high quality pastoral care.Focusing on residents with complex needs; conforming with the latest guidelines, taking far-reaching decisions and maintaining the highest levels of governance, while regularly auditing practices and procedures.Who you are

A proven line manager in a care home setting, keen to develop leadership skills and knowledge.Capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.Who we are
