Verity Healthcare Limited is a domiciliary care company operating with trained care workers who attend to the needs of our service users in their own homes. We work with Local Authorities, NHS, CCGS, private hospitals, and private clients. We provide a wide range of care services, to help our clients maintain their independence in their homes.Applicants must have held a care coordinator position in a domiciliary care company/agency for at least one year. This job requires the successful candidate to be able to start the actual work from day one and hit the ground running.The successful candidate will show a high level of commitment and flexibility and be able to work autonomously but also work well within a team.Care coordinator''s duties:Accepting care packages, assigning care workers to service users appropriately, and producing care workers'' rotasEnsuring that the service user''s care plan and care worker files are completeUsing electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers'' attendance and visit timelinessArranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisorConducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service qualityLiaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, support the HR team in recruiting care workersManaging care workers and conducting care worker supervisionRepresenting the company during meetings with officials and service commissionersAttending training events and ensuring ..... full job details .....
