TieTalent .Team Locum Care provide both complex care as well as domiciliary within the community. Due to an increase in hours, we are looking for additional support out on the field as well as in the office. Initial your role will be to work as a Relief Support Worker, assisting office staff with duties on the field. This can include but is not limited to:Responsibilities

Covering emergency shiftsOverseeing new packages of care, making sure the staff are following the care planSpot checksCare Plan reviewsAssessmentsContract and hours

You will be on a contracted position, working maximum 40 hours per week. As of November, there would be a transition to support in the office.Essential requirements

Minimum 12 months within a healthcare backgroundExcellent communicationFlexibility to cover emergency shiftsWork on a rota basis which could include breakfast and lunch calls or tea and bed callsDriver essential with access to your own carDue to a high number of our clients requesting female staff only, we are looking for a female candidate for this position.This would need to be someone who has the right to work in the UK with no hourly restrictions.In line with The Equality Act 2010 and Health and Social Care Act 2008.
