Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the growth and success of our live-in care service.If you are organised, compassionate, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCare CoordinationCoordinate and oversee care delivery for a portfolio of live-in care clients.Undertake assessments, reviews, and care plan updates.Build positive relationships with clients, families, and care staff.Act as the main point of contact for allocated service users.Manage care schedules, rotas, and daily operational requirements.Monitor service quality and escalate concerns where necessary.Participate in the on-call rota on alternate weekends.Recruitment and Staff SupportSupport the recruitment and onboarding of new carers.Assist with inductions, training arrangements, and probation reviews.Maintain positive working relationships ..... full job details .....
