Care Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and proactive Care Coordinator to support the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of community-based care services. This is a key operational role, ideal for an experienced Senior Carer or Care Coordinator looking to take on greater responsibility across service coordination, compliance, and staff support. About the Role As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of care services within the community, ensuring care delivery is safe, responsive, and aligned with regulatory standards. You will act as a central point of contact for care staff, supporting workforce coordination, rota management, and service delivery. Working closely with the Service Lead, you will help maintain service quality, support staff in the field, and ensure the service remains inspection-ready. The role combines coordination, quality assurance, and hands-on operational support, including audits, safeguarding processes, and responding to short-notice staffing needs.
