Care Coordinator (no sponsership available)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and support services, ensuring that service users receive safe, consistent and person-centred care. You will work closely with care staff, service users, families, healthcare professionals and management to ensure the smooth running of our care services. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and organise care packages and staff rotas. Allocate care staff to service users based on their needs, skills and availability. Ensure care visits are appropriately planned and covered. Maintain regular communication with service users, families and care staff. Respond promptly to changes, cancellations and staffing requirements. Monitor the quality and continuity of care being provided. Assist with the recruitment, induction and onboarding of care staff. Support staff with day-to-day queries and operational issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation. Ensure care plans and risk assessments are reviewed and updated as required. Support compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation. Liaise with healthcare professionals and other external agencies when required. Participate in audits, reviews and quality improvement activities.
