You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our client''s lives and enables them to live within their own homes whatever their abilities.We are happy to consider applicants that have worked as a carer with experience within an office/admin capacity.Responsibilities

Liaise closely with lead coordinator or registered manager to manage recruitment needsProcess changes to customer care and support plansEnsure there is sufficient cover to deliver excellent care and support to customersUtilise IT systems to allocate care assistants, and appropriately match them to the right customerRota production and distributionMaintenance of electronic and handwritten recordsManage highly confidential and sensitive informationQualifications

Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care desirableFull UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle desirableBenefits

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be in the region of GBP28,000 - GBP32,000.
