Care Coordinator 32K DOEBurgess HillLloyd Recruitment Services are working with a growing care provider seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join their team.This is a key role supporting the smooth running of care services, combining rota coordination, compliance, communication, and operational support within a regulated care environment.Key Duties:Coordinate and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe and effective care deliveryAct as a key contact for service users, families, and care staffMaintain accurate care records, scheduling systems, and documentationSupport safeguarding by identifying and escalating concerns appropriatelyAssist with care planning, risk assessments, and service reviewsMonitor service performance and escalate issues to managementRespond to absences or emergencies to maintain continuity of careSupport onboarding, training, and general administrative dutiesCommunicate rota updates and service changes clearly and promptlyContribute to audits, inspections, and compliance activityParticipate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rotaAbout You:Experience in care coordination or a similar health and social care roleLevel 2/3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)Highly organised with strong attention to detailCalm, confident and compassionate communicatorComfortable using digital care systems and basic reporting toolsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environmentFull UK driving licence essentialWhat''s on Offer: 32K DOE ..... full job details .....
