We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality community care services from a Gloucester-based office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident managing rotas and enjoys building strong relationships with care workers, clients and families. The role combines office-based coordination with some field-based responsibilities, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
