Delivering specialist 24-hour clinical care spanning Complex Care, Domiciliary Services, and Learning Disabilities, our client supports adults and children managing long-term health conditions such as spinal injuries, acquired brain injury, tracheostomies, PEG feeding, and ventilation. To support their continued growth, we are searching for a Complex Care Coordinator to join their West Midlands head office. The Role This is a versatile, dual-function position combining core rota management with hands-on field supervision. It is ideally suited to a proactive professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, varied daily responsibilities, and building strong working relationships with both care teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Roster Management: Build, monitor, and maintain efficient care staff schedules to guarantee 100% shift coverage across all client packages. Field Supervision and Support: Lead staff supervisions, annual appraisals, and team meetings to maintain high clinical standards.
