Responsible for resourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages.Improving and maintaining the continuity of care for new and existing care packages.Ensure all operations are Company and RQIA Compliant.Delivery and supervision of care services.Building and co-ordination of rotas for assigned areas.Maintenance of Carer employment records with due regard to data protection.To update rotas on a regular basis.To ensure all relevant information is available to meet monthly reporting deadlines.Dealing with relevant staff from the Trust.To carry out all other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the Managers.Area: Derry or LondonderryClosing date: 26 Aug ..... full job details .....
