As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, responsive, and efficient service delivery. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and clinicians, coordinating staffing solutions while maintaining compliance, quality, and continuity of care. About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations, managing incoming queries, and ensuring clinicians are effectively matched to client requirements. Working closely with the Transforming Care, Account Management, and Sales teams, you will support both operational efficiency and business growth.
