Care Coordinator Location: Grimsby Full Time, 5 days with flexibility Driving licence and vehicle essential. Are you organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding care? Either way we would love to speak to individuals with direct knowledge and experience of caring for others. What you''ll be doing: Coordinating care visits and rotas Supporting Care Workers with schedules and availability Liaising with clients, families and healthcare professionals Managing referrals and service changes Assisting with payroll administration and compliance processes What we''re looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills Previous experience within domiciliary care Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A proactive, positive and team-focused approach Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Why join us?
