Moving beyond basic scheduling, you will manage real-time decision-making, ensure efficient rota planning, and maintain exceptional standards of care delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and manage weekly rotas, ensuring all care calls are fully covered.Match Care Workers to Service Users based on needs and compatibility.Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, staff absences, and emergencies.Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Care Workers.Participate in the on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar scheduling role (ideally within domiciliary care).Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, logical thinking under pressure, and strong IT/communication skills.Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable.Transport: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.What''s on ..... full job details .....
