A leading care provider in St Leonards-On-Sea is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator/Field Care Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis. About the Care Coordinator/Field Care Supervisor role and what the client is offering:A competitive annual salary of up to 30,000 depending on experience. A permanent, full-time contractWorking Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with additional on-call dutiesOccupational maternity pay, adoption pay and paternity payOccupational sick pay and death in service paymentAll the above subject to terms and conditionsAs a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
