      <description>Location: Kettering | Salary: &amp;pound;16.39/hour | Type: Permanent | ABOUT THE ROLE   As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you'll lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers to provide outstanding, person-centred care to every resident.  You'll oversee care delivery within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely, and residents receive the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You'll also support the development of your team through coaching, mentoring and leading by example.
