Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a varied role that includes managing staff and client rotas, coordinating care packages, completing client assessments and person-centred care plans, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. You will also provide support within the community when required and participate in the on-call rota. This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role within domiciliary care who enjoys building relationships, supporting care teams and delivering excellent customer service.
