You''ll provide a range of support services tailored to individual needs, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities.Administer medication as prescribed and ensure client well-being.Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.Your Schedule and CompensationSchedule:Rotating shifts (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri) with split shifts (07:30-13:00 and 17:00-21:30).Contract:Average of 35 hours per week.Pay:Weekdays at 12.80/hr, Weekends at 16.80/hr.Overtime Incentives:Additional 25 per dayshift and 35 per backshift.
