At HFH Healthcare, we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. We work in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams. Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Client details: Male, 29 years old, diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, tracheostomy, secretion management, and enteral feeding.
Job DescriptionWe are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day and night shifts, including weekends, within the Abingdon area.
Shift pattern: 12 hours day shift, 12 hours night shift. Six months of previous care experience is preferable; however, full training, supervision, and support are provided to all successful candidates.

You must be over 18 to apply.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Flexibility on travel; some shifts may require driving or access to public transport.
A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration.
Pay and BenefitsHourly rates range between £12.80 - £17.93 per hour. Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with continuity from a small core team of regular staff. The average shift is 12 hours, with most carers working three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning approximately £500 - £555 per week, translating to an annual income of £26,200 - £28,950.
We employ staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, ensuring compliance and simplicity for staff. Holiday pay is included in the rates.
