Minimum of one year''s experience in the care sector, supporting adults with complex needs.A valid DBS registered for the Update Service is highly advantageous.Driving licence preferred but not essential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach.Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations.Why Join Us
