You may be supporting clients through their end-of-life journeyMedication SupportHelping our clients with their medication as required and keeping accurate recordsMeal SupportPreparing and serving meals including supporting with feeding where required. Keep track and documenting our client’s fluid and food intake.Household supportHelping our clients maintain a tidy and well-kept home by undertaking light housework. Helping clients care for their pets.
